I guess I went a bit too to the wild side... but I Love it...
This is an ancient Roman Glass vessel handle... the patina is amazing and its shape sensual and incredibly beautiful. Set on solid sterling and shibuichi, the base is an Ankh with its wings curved to the top while the rest of the construction is sold sterling with a mild oxidation.
BOLD, Large, adjustable, I hope the images make justice to how it looks to me. 
As is, it fits a finger size about 8 1/2 but has room to be extended to probably a size 11.
As suggestion, don't wash your hands or go to the pool/spa with it. The patina took thousands of years to be born and water in excess can destroy it. This is an authentic artifact.
