Red Nuance is Crazy. BOLD, intense, with something old -and very old too- something new, something blue... The focal construction has a red sea sediment with really interesting silky textures where the eroded stone shows its veins, set in solid sterling and being hold for two large Shibuichi circular/ish tufa stone cast shapes that add a milder silver color and will oxidize -tarnish- in black. but is not all. BOLD and old beads from all over the world create a neck area really unique, from a Large Moroccan clay coral mocking bead to real and gritty large red coral, a man made cinnabar skull super vintage, African resin, African clay, Natural Lapis, vintage large blue Glass beads from India, all set in solid sterling and finished with a large sterling hand crafted clasp.
If you love Bedouin style and old beads and couldn't wear it because it is mostly made in brass or alloys, this is your piece. Be aware that Shibuichi in this case is 50% silver and 50% copper on the focal circular forms, and if you have allergies even with 50% silver, that could cause a skin reaction if on the skin, but not the neck area. If the piece will be worn on top of clothing just touching the neck we are okay.
The piece is really bold, the pictures where it rests on a bust could give you an idea of real size since it is a real human size mannequin.
