Brutalist to the Post-Apocalyptic side, Aboriginal, Ancient, Alien... Ritual could be any of these things, and all of these things...
If something I find difficult is to be able to add a definitive label to most of what I make, Atavic, maybe atemporal, what I make could be an object worn in ancient times, from other civilizations, worlds, it could be Post Apocaliptic or Pre Civilization.
During the time when life was challenging, this was one of my "experiments,"  soldering steel to other metals. Not an easy task; it needs quite some research about fluxes, temperatures, compatible materials and a world of wisdom all extracted from the net like picking wild berries from a thorny vine. Yet, fascinating—to -to me-.
Ritual joins high-temp solder/brazed/etc.fold-formed steel -oh yeah, Baby, I kick the living soul of it to form it, LOL- soldered with high temperatures to fold formed copper. As "stone of choice,"  aged stoneware adds all the "just excavated from an ancient lost civilization site" feel and look. 
 
Large, it measures total, no counting the top bail 4.20 inches x 3.33 inches. 106mm x 85mm approx.
